Description
What a beautiful card case! This is a real beauty....beautifully engraved with birds, flowers and butterflies in The Japanesque Manner.
It measures 10.5cm x 7.5 cm x 2cm and is in very good original condition. The inside is beautifully appointed with bright blue silk concertina compartments with gold edging.
The inside rims are veneered in ivory and the overall colour play of the mother of pearl is amazing.
A very good example indeed.
