A lovely antique 18ct yellow gold, diamond and synthetic ruby ring. The ring features a central vibrant red synthetic ruby, surrounded by 18 diamonds. Most of the diamonds are rose cuts, with 1 single cut and 1 brilliant cut. These have been later replacements.
