Description
A lovely pair of wooden Chinese Export Ancestor Boxes, each with a glass hand painted inset lid.
These are really lovely quality with nicely painted images on the underside of each glass lid. They represent the Emperor and Empress I believe and would have been made for the Western Export Market.
Each measures approximately 13 cm x 9 cm x 3.8 cm.
A beautiful pair in very good condition as the photos illustrate.
