At first glance, what appears to be a Queen Anne or George I Porringer, but made later by specialist cup and tankard maker, Fuller White in the reign of George II in 1747.
Perhaps made to replace an earlier example, this two handled cup has nice crisp hallmarks and overall is in good condition with a lovely aged patina.
